Plain terms covering what Zeyloo does, what providers do, and how we are paid.
Zeyloo is a vehicle services platform that connects customers with third-party automotive service providers. We facilitate enquiries, quotations and service referrals. We do not perform vehicle work ourselves.
We receive commission from partner businesses for successful referrals. This does not add a premium to the quotation you receive from a provider.
Any quotation, booking or contract for work is made directly between you and the provider. Their terms, warranties and pricing apply.
Our tools help you manage vehicle-related services and submit relevant information or claims to the appropriate third-party provider. Assessment and outcomes rest with that provider.
Submit accurate vehicle and contact information, and do not use the platform to send fraudulent or misleading enquiries.
